S/Y 30m – Carbon boom

For this catamaran, a 15 meter Park Avenue type boom was made from prepreg carbon, vacuum baked and cured at 100°C. The boom mould was made in vinylester to ensure a precise manufacturing process. The carbon structure incorporates an automatic reefing system, followed by finishing including painting and fitting.
