For Vespucci yacht, Technicomposit took over to manufacture new parts in order to transform the foredeck. The process began with the creation of a 3D architect’s drawing, ensuring a precise design tailored to the yacht’s unique specifications. The production of a milled mould was the next step, crucial for the shape and quality of the furniture. Technicomposit then laminated a second sandwich skin to the mould, ensuring the furniture was strong and light. Finally, the mould was partitioned in order to provide internal structure before casting, ensuring the furniture’s strength and durability. After careful casting and demoulding of the piece, a high-quality paint finish was applied, offering impeccable aesthetics and resistance to the marine elements. Finally, the painted part was fitted and glued on board with extreme precision, ensuring perfect integration and an elegant addition to the Vespucci’s foredeck. This project reflects Technicomposit’s commitment to excellence and innovation in boatbuilding.
